I am committed to providing the best care for your pets. Please read the Refund Policy below, which applies to all at-home services including dog walking, cat check-ins, and other pet care services:
24-Hour Notice: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with 24 hours’ notice or more will receive a full refund if paid before service.
Less than 24-Hour Notice: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the service cost. This is because the time has already been reserved for your pet.
You may reschedule your service with at least 24 hours’ notice at no extra charge. If you need to reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice, a 50% rescheduling fee may apply, depending on availability
If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please reach out within 48 hours of the service. I will work to resolve the issue, and depending on the situation, a partial refund or credit toward a future service may be provided.
Health-Related Issues: If an injury or health issue occurs during the service, I will immediately inform you and transport your pet to the emergency hospital if necessary. No refund will be issued in these cases, as my priority is your pet’s well-being.
